The project
Nervai is a multi-tenant SaaS platform by HRMLESS that automates the full recruitment lifecycle — from position creation and candidate sourcing to AI-conducted interviews and data-driven hiring decisions. We designed and built the entire product: role-based multi-org workspaces, an AI interview engine with live monitoring, multi-dimensional candidate scoring with knockout detection, and tiered subscription plans, all wrapped in a clean, scalable interface.

The challenge & solution
Hiring teams juggle an ATS, a scheduler, scorecard spreadsheets, and a video tool — and bias still creeps into evaluations. HRMLESS wanted one platform where AI conducts first-round interviews at scale, scores candidates objectively, and keeps multiple organizations isolated in role-controlled workspaces. The hard parts: a multi-tenant architecture with five permission roles, AI interviews that feel transparent instead of opaque, and dense scoring data turned into dashboards managers can act on in seconds.
We solved it with tenant-isolated workspaces, a configurable multi-stage AI interview engine with real-time monitoring, and a scoring system that surfaces knockout risks and growth areas in plain language.
