TruckSafety.
The project
TruckSafety is a resource hub for a Denver law firm specializing in commercial truck crashes. We built a publication-style platform that organizes their research into five areas — crash physics, federal regulation, Colorado corridors — with plain-English articles and a straightforward intake path for injured families.

The challenge & solution
The firm's old site treated commercial truck cases like standard car accidents with one practice page and a generic contact form. There was no publishing system for long-form writing, so corridor analyses and regulatory breakdowns sat in Word docs. Mobile load times exceeded 5 seconds from unoptimized imagery, and editorial content was mixed with intake forms, weakening reader trust.
We rebuilt the site as an editorial platform with five research hubs and a lightweight CMS so attorneys can publish directly. The intake path stays separate — one honest contact flow, no pressure.

Results
0.9s
Average mobile page load, down from 5.3s on the old site
27
Articles, corridor guides and regulatory explainers live at launch
+118%
More qualified intake requests in the first six months
Final thoughts
TruckSafety now reads like a trade publication, not an ad. Families arrive mid-crisis, learn what makes commercial truck cases different, then decide whether to reach out. The firm says conversations are better informed and easier to qualify.
For us at Matrix Web Digital, this project showed that law firm websites can earn trust by teaching first.
