What’s covered, what isn’t, and how the plan runs.
Hosting, domain and SSL management, scheduled backups, security and software updates, uptime monitoring, two hours of content edits a month, bug fixes for covered issues, and priority technical support. Anything outside that — new pages, redesigns, new features — is quoted as separate fixed-scope work.
Care Plan requests get priority over new-project work, and issues are handled in order of severity — a site being down is treated as urgent. If your business needs a specific response-time commitment in writing, we can scope that explicitly.
Text and image changes on existing pages — announcing an offer, updating team details, refreshing a case study. It is two hours of edits a month. New pages, redesigns, and structural changes are separate fixed-scope work.
Usually, yes. We start with a review of the site’s stack, versions, and hosting so both sides know what we are taking on. If the review finds real problems — very outdated software or a fragile setup — we quote the cleanup separately before routine care starts.
The plan is built around managed hosting, which is where most of the reliability benefit comes from. If you have an existing host or specific requirements, we will tell you honestly what carries over and what doesn’t before you commit.
Backups are the safety net: a broken or compromised site is restored from the most recent clean backup, then the cause is fixed. Recovery work for covered issues is part of the plan — if an incident traces to work outside the plan’s scope, we will tell you before anything is billed.
